At BORED Box, we're all about delivering fun, creativity, and a little surprise right to your doorstep! Each box is thoughtfully assembled with activities, games, puzzles, crafts, and other fun finds to help kick boredom to the curb.
Because many of our products are specially curated, bundled, or selected at random, all sales are final, subject to the exceptions outlined below and applicable consumer protection laws.
All Sales Final
All BORED Box purchases are considered final sale, including but not limited to:
- Mystery BORED Boxes
- Curated BORED Boxes
- Ready-to-Ship Bundles
- Kids' Activity Boxes
- Individual Products
- Add-ons, Upgrades, and BORED Bonus Wheel Purchases
We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, personal preferences, duplicate items, or dissatisfaction with the assortment of items received, provided the order matches its advertised description.
Mystery Boxes & Curated Bundles
Part of the BORED Box experience is the excitement of discovering what's inside!
Mystery boxes contain a selection of items chosen by BORED Box. Specific colors, styles, brands, and products may vary.
Product photographs are for illustrative purposes and may not represent the exact items included in your purchase.
Variations consistent with the product description do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was advertised, please contact us so we can review the issue.
Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items
We want every BORED Box experience to be a good one!
If your order arrives damaged, contains a defective item, is missing an advertised item, or includes an incorrect product, please contact us at bored.box45@gmail.com.
We ask that you report the issue within 7 days of delivery, whenever possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item, if available
- Photographs of the shipping packaging, if relevant
We will review your request and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement item, replacement product, partial refund, or full refund.
The resolution will depend on the circumstances, product availability, and applicable law.
Reporting an issue after seven days does not waive any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be prepared for shipment shortly after purchase.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at bored.box45@gmail.com.
We may be able to accommodate a cancellation request before an order enters processing or ships, but cancellations are not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. This does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise nonconforming goods.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.
We will review shipping concerns individually and provide any refund, replacement, or other remedy required by applicable law.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 business days after refund approval for processing, although your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear.
Important Product Information
Some BORED Box products may contain small parts, craft supplies, adhesives, sharp objects, or other materials that may not be suitable for young children.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, age recommendations, and safety warnings before purchasing.
Adult supervision may be required for certain activities.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights relating to damaged, defective, misrepresented, or incorrectly supplied products.
